Event coordinators serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, making sure everyone is on the same page and that every element aligns with the client’s vision and goals. Whether it's a wedding, corporate function, or community gathering, event planning coordination is key to creating a seamless and memorable experience.

Party Planning and Coordination - $150

Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, Corporate Events, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Banquets, Tea Parties, and more, just ask! This package includes:

  • Vendor research, and coordination

  • Timeline creation and Implementation

  • Event design, and implementation

  • 3 Hours of on-site setup and/or teardown assistance and coordination

Wedding Coordination - $850

  • ​If you have planned all of the details, but need someone to see them through on the day of your wedding, this package is for you. Beginning 6 weeks prior to your wedding, this package includes:

  • 3 In-person Meetings

  • Unlimited email and phone communication

  • Rehearsal attendance and direction

  • Point Person for all communication

  • Timeline Creation and Implementation

  • 8 Hours of day-of coordination

  • Ensure Correct Setup

  • Vendor Coordination

Wedding Planning and Coordination - $1850

If you're in need of support throughout the planning process, this package includes everything from the Coordinating Package plus:

  • Vendor Research and negotiation

  • Budget Tracking and Bookkeeping

  • RSVP Tracking

  • Communications Liaison between vendors and contract analysist

  • 10 in-person meetings

  • Rehearsal dinner coordination and attendance

  • Marriage License handing

  • Handling final gratuities

  • Setup and Teardown assistance

  • End of night direction
